If you are Canadian Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

And if you aren’t Canadian I hope you are having a wonderful October weekend! The sunrises and sunsets in October are really something aren’t they?

A few days ago after my workout was over I popped down to the beach (pic above) to take in the sunrise and think about all I was grateful for.

Here’s my list;

-The fact I was able to wake up …I’m alive!!!

-Hearing the birds

-Being with my family

-Moving my body at the gym

-The beautiful part of the world I live in

So many things to be grateful for!
