Being mindful and intentional is a powerful way to live and when we slow ourselves down and tune in to how we are feeling and what we are thinking, big changes are possible!

About Week 3

This week I created a short video for you (see below) that talks about how we often unconsciously absorb things in our environment that end up having an adverse (negative) effect on us.

In this video I share something that I was doing recently, somewhat unconsciously, that was causing my mood to dip.
